That education enlightens the society is a common philosophy of developing a country in different angles successfully. I think no one has negative attitude against it. If You look into the past to present pages of primary teachers in both cases of Assistant & Head teachers , You will find a frustrating & sorrowful conditions of their promotion. Many one’s jobs end with the same post of assistant teacher. Now Degrees, Diplomas, Honours’ & Master’s from different recognised Universities & National University are available. As it is also a government job especially teaching one, many ones turn into it without knowing its inner pains & gains. Having a good result & degrees like me and serving there over eleven years ; for another ones more years than me, I along with other ones am not getting any Promotion . Further it has becoming more & more critical for the assistant teachers to become Head Teachers and the effort of creating Assistant Head Teacher is going to be a salt to the injury. So I as a suffering one like to opine that the posts like A.U.E.O, U.E.O, Instructors of U.R.C & P.T.I should be very easy & available to us through a departmental exam as it happens in Customs , Foods and other govt. jobs. It is true that we can’t expect an overall happy picture of education neglecting the main doers & workers like assistant teachers. It is also true that the government is trying a lot to enrich the Primary Education. So I along with thousands -teachers hope that new steps for the promotion of Primary Teachers will be taken soon by our honourable, skillful , experienced and world popular Prime Minister , Sheikh Hasina.
